Abilities

Passive: Lesser Corruption

Your attacks reduce the target's armor by 2 for 3.0 seconds.

Additional Insights

  • Does not stack with its upgrades, Desolator, or Stygian Desolator.
  • Stacks with other armor reducing items like<item_assault></item_assault>Stacks with Corrosive Haze of Slardar
  • What makes the Blight Stone extra awesome is that this armor reduction effect lingers for a few seconds, giving your hero and nearby allies the advantage in battles. It's like leaving a mark of vulnerability on the enemies, making them more susceptible to attacks from your whole team!

Itemization Strategy

Allmost all i mean almost all cores who would love to get an early desolator for stacking damage on it would have the blight stone as their starting if not so should be your priority come first courier delivery!

Trivia

The Blight Stone was introduced as a new item in the 6.87 patch of Dota 2. However, what's intriguing is that its functionality and design were inspired by a similar item in the original Dota mod for Warcraft III called 'Desolator Recipe'.
