Cores or Supports you name it this item can be built by anyone specially in the late game for specific purposes shall it be used by a Winter Wyvern for upgrade or to hit Muerta on her Ultimate form, you still cant say if the Winter Wyvern is a support or core at the start since this item is just pretty much of luxury to a scenario not a must have from every witch blade builder.
