Itemization Strategy
If ever you needed the extra slot that in my opinion in all honesty should only be the time to get an aghanims blessing, mostly dependent on a skill needed rather than a role the blessing is highly likely to pick up later in the game as freeing up a space in your inventory is very big in terms of functionality.
Heroes with Aghanim's Scepter as Core Item
A core item that can impact the fights greatly by keeping your allies alive during Borrowed Time. Make sure to activate the ultimate when the most damage is being pumped into your allies.
A core item to have more control in teamfights by using Fiends Gate on top of enemy heroes and start fights by rooting them. Also prevents enemy heroes from chasing you through Fiends Gate.
A core item to gift to your teammates and receive a stacking buff on yourself for more right click and spell damage. You generally start buying these when you are out of item slots.
A core item that lets you cancel Fiends Grip channeling with your hero and use your other spells. Also makes it much more difficult for enemy team to cancel your Fiends Grip channeling.

A core item to reposition and isolate an enemy hero by kicking them into your team after initiating. Has great synergy with Blink Dagger to instantly land Walrus Kick on your target and Snowball yourself to safety afterwards.
An incredible pick up for Undying to become extremely tanky with HP pool through Decay while making enemy heroes much weaker. Has great synergy with Flesh Golem to do massive right click damage in teamfights.
A core item to lower the cooldown of Enrage and use it defensively when stunned by enemy heroes. Lets you survive under the effect of certain initiations like Chronosphere and Berserkers Call. You cannot Enrage when affected by stuns that also silence you, such as Black Hole and Duel.
A core item to play fearlessly and set up kills on the map with your spells as you spawn an illusion on death that can still use all your spells to maintain your impact in teamfights. The illusion has separate cooldowns from your hero but cannot use items. Make sure to use the actives on your items before your hero dies.
Offlane: A core item to significantly increase your damage output through right clicks and Plague Wards. Has great synergy with the Plague Carrier facet to put Plague Wards on yourself and run at enemy heroes to do massive burst damage.
Support: With the Plague Carrier facet, you can buy this item right after aura items like Guardian Greaves and Pipe to output massive damage through your right clicks and Plague Wards.
A core item to massively improve the mobility of your hero and Familiars through flying movement and invisibility to find and kill enemy heroes on the map. Also provides right click damage amplification for a short period upon leaving invisibility.
A core item that gives you another charge of Resonant Pulse and silences enemy heroes hit by your spell. Massively improves your burst damage and control in teamfights.

Players participating in the Aghanim's Labyrinth had the opportunity to earn and utilize Aghanim's Blessing as a reward for completing certain challenges and navigating through the event's stages.
