Brewmaster can switch stances based on the elements he controls.
Whenever Brewmaster casts an ability, he becomes Brewed Up, increasing his stance power by 150% for 5s. If he casts another ability while Brewed Up, the duration is extended by 2s. After Brewed Up expires, he is hungover and cannot Brew Up again for 9s.
Earth Brawler gains bonus Magic Resistance and Armor.
Storm Brawler gains bonus Evasion and Movement Speed.
Fire Brawler gains bonus Attack Speed and chance to critical strike.
Stacks diminishingly with other sources of Evasion.

Primal Split
PASSIVE: No
Splits Brewmaster into elements, forming 3 specialized warriors, adept at survival, each with their own abilities. If any of them survive until the end of their summoned timer, the Brewmaster is reborn. Each Warrior gains its respective Drunken Brawler stance.
The Earth Element will carry all auras that the Brewmaster has, as well as True Sight.
The Fire Element has phased movement.
When the spell ends, Brewmaster will take the place of an element in this order, assuming they are alive: Earth, Storm, Fire.

It isn't clear whether Mangix is consciously aware of his potent bond with nature, as it often occurs in the midst of a drunken stupor.

Strategy
Get
Urn of Shadows as soon as possible as it allows you snowball off of first kill. Soul Release activates Cinder Brew.
Ask your laning partner to activate Cinder Brew if you can't yourself.
Make sure to cyclone an important target at least twice during Primal Split.
Don't forget that Storm Panda has AoE dispel which can remove certain spells, runes and damage basic illusions.
The Earth Panda carries all the auras and AoE effects like
Radiance.
Look to use your aura items like
Crimson Guard and
Pipe of Insight before Primal Split. But beware of your mana pool.
Counter Strategy
Try to lock down or silence Brewmaster and kill him before he uses Primal Split.
Don't fight Brewmaster's Primal Split unless you have damage to kill all the Brewlings.
Storm Brewling's Dispel Magic is an AoE basic dispel. So, avoid purchasing dispellable items.
Black King Bar is amazing against all of the crowd control Brewmaster has.
