Explicitly disgusting, one of the most disruptive item in the game. The Skull basher is a right clicking core item that is well inclined to be mid game item that is upgradeable to it's bigger brother later in the game.

A core item that utilizes your high attack speed during Phantom Strike to lock down elusive enemy heroes and burst them down. Can also proc from Stifling Dagger.

A core item in the early or mid game that makes great use of your innate attack speed and allows you to have lock down against elusive enemy heroes to get off more right clicks. Builds into Abyssal Blade later in the game.
