Strategy
Ursa has low base damage so you might want to hit creep once or twice to apply Fury Swipes before lasthitting.
You can jump over walls, cliffs or into treelines with Earthshock.
Ursa typically farms very slowly before Battlefury so you need to play actively and look for kills to gain networth.
Ursa can take Roshan on his own fairly early due to Fury Swipes stacking. Get a smoke and Morbid mask or call a teammate with you to tank Roshan early on to secure it.
Itemize against kiting as you don't necessarily want to switch targets too often due to Fury Swipes stacking.
Consider buying aghanims shard after your 3 core items to help with tankiness.
Make sure to take tormentors with your team to secure the aghanims shards.
Counter Strategy
Keep distance from Ursa as he is able to build up damage against you with Fury Swipes.
Consider saving your disables against Ursa's Enrage status resistance increase.
Eul's Scepter is great for kiting Enrage as it doesn't get affected by its status resistance.
