Disguise grants invisibility that is immune to True Sight.

Additional Insights

Imagine your hero holding this mysterious smoke, it's like having a hidden veil of deception. When your team uses the Smoke of Deceit, all nearby allied heroes become invisible to enemy vision, making them hidden even from wards or other detection. It's like saying, 'Shhh... let's sneak around and catch them off guard!'

Trivia

The Smoke of Deceit was introduced to Dota in a patch that aimed to encourage team coordination and strategic movement on the map. Initially, it had a slightly different mechanic where it broke upon approaching enemy wards or towers instead of revealing nearby invisible units, as it does now.
