Strategy
Make sure the large neutral camp is not blocked. You want to use it for pulling or gain extra farm by arrowing the big creep.
Make use of Mirana's long attack range to harass without aggroing the creeps or getting hit back.
Secure ranged creeps with Sacred Arrow if necessary.
Consider saving your level 2 skill point for Leap or Starfall depending on the situation.
Arrow catapults to prevent your buildings from taking extra damage.
You should stay alert and look around the map to save an ally in trouble with Moonlight Shadow or use it as a setup to gank opponents.
Sacred Arrow can one shot any non-ancient creep even if it's player controlled, unless it was taken over by {helm-of-the-dominator}. Especially useful against {chen}, {enchantress}, and {beastmaster}.
Use the Twin Gates to roam around the map and set up kills with your Sacred Arrow.
Counter Strategy
Get a {sentry-ward} to block the large creep camp. You can also bring an {observer-ward} to the lane to be able to see Mirana's Sacred Arrows.
Play around your creeps and use them as a shield against Mirana's Sacred Arrow.
Block the large neutral camp to prevent Mirana from farming the big neutral creep with Sacred Arrow or pull the lane back.
Mirana roams a lot. Keep track of her movements and have teleport ready.
Pair {observer-ward} and {sentry-ward} on the map to see opponents approaching under invisibility.
Carry detection on multiple heroes against Moonlight Shadow.
