On tough lanes rush {helm-of-iron-will} to solve health sustain issues.
Huskar is snowbally type of a hero. Do well on the lane, take an early
Roshan and call for a group up.
Lifebreak dispels on cast which is particulary useful against heal reductions like {spirit-vessel}.
Do
Roshan once you have {armlet-of-mordiggian} completed and ideally Berserker's Blood and Burning Spears maxed out.
Check opponents for heal reductions and break effects. You can itemize or adjust playstyle accordingly.
{aghanims-scepter} allows you to pick-off heroes and deals with kiting.
Counter Strategy
Someone should buy {spirit-vessel} against Huskar to offset his regeneration and deal high damage.
Huskar likes to play on low HP. Look to gank him early on.
Life Break applies basic dispel. Avoid casting dispellable spells and items before Huskar jumps.
Huskar is snowbally hero that relies on killing
Roshan early on. Place {observer-ward} and check the Roshpit.
{heavens-halberd} disarms Huskar for 3 seconds and shortens Inner Fire debuff duration.
{silver-edge} breaks Huskar's passive - Berserker's Blood.
