Strategy

Juggernaut has a nearly instant attack animation which makes last hitting and denying a lot easier. The Blade Dance passive also provides high damage when it procs.

Blade Fury does insane amounts of damage. Look to play aggressively on the lane. Try to finish fights with Blade Fury when enemies have dropped low enough to finish them with the spell.

Try to align your level 3 timing and {boots-of-speed} - you have a high chance of killing with level 2 Blade Fury and the added movement speed.

Avoid right clicking opponents during Blade Fury until you get proc item or items that apply debuffs as you do no right click damage and will stop on spot during the spinning animation. Look to move-click on the instead.

Make sure to micro Healing Ward properly. You can use it during Blade Fury and Omnislash. Move it behind and beside you instead of in front to prevent it from being destroyed.

When in trouble, consider using Blade Fury and {town-portal-scroll} out.

When deciding to Omnislash, consider how close opponents' wave or neutral creeps might be as it might bounce to them, wasting a lot of your damage.

Scout opponents' inventories for Omnislash counters, such as {ghost-scepter} or {lotus-orb}, and adjust playstyle and itemize accordingly.

With a decent game, Juggernaut is good at killing Roshan from the 25 minute mark with minimal or no help.

You can slow siege enemy towers and buildings by damaging them during Blade Fury and then backing away.

Counter Strategy

Juggernaut is one of the strongest laning carries as Blade Fury does high AoE damage already on level 1. Consider buying items to increase your movement speed

Try to keep distance from Juggernaut and try to force a defensive Blade Fury. Juggernaut's mana pool is not great and Blade Fury has high cooldown on lower levels. Pressure him after he used Blade Fury

Look to hit Juggernaut's Healing Ward as one hit is sufficient and it gives you 75 gold

When you are ganking Juggernaut, he will look to Blade Fury and {town-portal-scroll} out on first sign of trouble. Make sure you surprise disable him before he spins if you do not yet have a debuff immunity piercing disable

Juggernaut's Omnislash jumps are random. Use surrounding creeps, illusions or heroes to split the damage

Control items like {scythe-of-vyse} and {abyssal-blade} are good at controlling Juggernaut.

Juggernaut's highest damage comes through Omnislash, which can be countered by a number of items, the biggest ones being {ghost-scepter} and {lotus-orb}. Make sure you have them on your team

Juggernaut's Omnislash cooldown is long with 120 seconds, which allows you to pressure him while it's down
