Chronosphere is absolutely amazing for setting up both Ice Blast and Cold Feet due to it's long duration and AOE property. They pair well together in lane being Melee/Ranged as Void's built in sustain trough Time Walk allows him to frontline for AA so he can make use of his long attack range and harass.
Chronosphere with Mystic flare poses a huge threat on the map against any hero.
Catching multiple heroes in Chronosphere means that Snapfire can use Mortimer's Kisses and amass a huge amount of damage.

A core Boots upgrade to improve your mobility and damage output with attack speed and stats. Helps in both farming and killing enemy heroes in Chronosphere.
A core item for HP sustain through lifesteal and have better kill potential in the early to mid game with attack speed in Chronosphere. Go for this over Hand of Midas when you want more impact in the early game. Be careful when using it as it silences you and you can find yourself in a bad position.
A core item that improves your fighting and farming with increased DPS in an area. The Chain Lightning procs can help secure multiple kills in Chronosphere and can be proc'd by your time lock extra hit. Can be upgraded to Mjollnir later in the game.
A core item to avoid most disables on the enemy team and hit freely in Chronosphere. Also improves your right click damage and tankiness through HP pool and magic resistance.

Weavers biggest strength is being slippery with Shukuchi and Time Lapse to survive anything. Time Dilation will prevent you from using Shukuchi and Chronosphere will prevent you from using both Shukuchi and Time Lapse.
Chronosphere provides excellent lockdown against Anti-Mage, allowing for reliable kills in all stages of the game.
Time Dilation while Blink and Counterspell are on cooldown will make these abilities unusable for a long time, shutting down his mobility and defensiveness.
Faceless Void's low mana pool makes him a poor target for Mana Void, although he is very vulnerable should Anti-Mage burn all of his mana.
Time Dilation affects Queen of Pain's low cooldown abilities, making them unusable for a long time, rendering Queen of Pain nearly useless.
Chronosphere provides excellent lockdown against Queen of Pain, allowing for reliable kills in all stages of the game.
