Nightmare and Fiend's Grip are amazing at setting up a long duration stun with Sacred Arrow due to their long lockdown times. Moonlight Shadow greatly enhances Bane's pickoff potential as it provides him with movement speed and invisibily to traverse the map and close the gap on targets.
All of Bane's spells are single target giving him optimal synergy with Soul Bind as Enfeeble, Brain Sap, Nightmare and Fiend's Grip double in value. Bane's Aghanim's Shard causes the AOE of Brain Sap to apply around both targets for a massive Pure Damage AEO nuke.
Nightmare and Fiend's Grip are amazing at setting up a guaranteed Meat Hook into Dismember for almost guaranteed kills. This interaction alone is more than enough to justify their strong synergy due to Meat Hook's Pure Damage and repositioning properties.
Nightmare and Fiend's Grip are amazing at setting up a Skywrath to unleash his amazing burst of magic damage with Mystic Flare. Ancient Seal can be used as follow up to provide further control as it does not awaken the target from Nightmare but does Silence and amplify magic damege done to it.
Nightmare and Fiend's Grip are amazing at setting up a long duration chain-stun with Torrent and Ghostship due to their long lockdown times. Ghostship provides damage mitigation for Kunkka and his team giving Bane time to sustain with Brain Saps. A tanky Kunkka serves as a natural frontline to allow Bane to cast multiple volleys of Enfeeble, Brain Sap and Nightmare.

A core Boots upgrade to have some much needed mana sustain as your impact is highly reliant on your current mana pool. You can dropw Intelligence and Mana items on the ground before using it for extra mana gain.

A core mobility item to close the gap on enemy heroes and lock them down with Nightmare and Fiends Grip. Also lets you push yourself or one of your allies away from trouble.

Bane's heavy Crowd Control kit is effective at dealing with Ember's elusiveness. Nightmare is great for catching him out and setting him up for follow up. Enfeeble greatly inhibits both the damage and cast range of Sleight of Fist and Fire Remnant. Fiend's Grip both drains him of mana, which he can't function without and locks him down for long enough to be dispatched of.

Pudge has various ways of saving his teammates from Bane's spells. He can Meat Hook stationary allies under the effects of Nightmare and Fiend's Grip as well as pick up an Aghanim's Shard to Dismember them and cancel their effects altogether.
Bane's lack of AOE damage makes it difficult for him to deal with Mirror Image Illusions - this allows Naga to keep the waves pushed, giving her and her team the upper hand. Song of the Siren can interrupt Fiend's Grip even when upgraded by Aghanim's Scepter and more importantly even if it connects with the real Naga then Mirror Image Illusions can be sent to dispatch of the channeling Bane.
Global Silence interrupts Fiend's Grip from anywhere on the map, even if upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter. BKB and any debuff immunity effects do not prevent this as it pierces debuff immunity making it almost impossible for Bane to get of a full duration Fiend's Grip on any of Silencer's teammates.
Aphotic Shield is a low cooldown Strong Dispel, which can dispel Enfeeble, Nightmare and even Fiend's Grip. Additionally, Borrowed time can be used DURING Fiend's Grip to remove it even if upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter.
Dark Pact is a low cooldown Strong Dispel, which can dispel Enfeeble, Nightmare and even Fiend's Grip. Additionally, his Aghanim's Shard Depth Shroud can be used on any of his teammates during Nightmare or Fiend's Grip to provide sustain and protect them from any single target damage.
Familiars are able to use Stone Form and interrupt Fiend's Grip even if Visage is affected by it. Additionally, Familiar can issue an attack command on any Nightmared targets in order relocate the sleep onto them and free the initial target.
Blubber allows Tidehunter to dispel Enfeeble, Nightmare and even Fiend's Grip upgraded by Aghanim's Scepter with 0 cooldown, given he is taking enough damage. Fiend's Grip damage is Pure and by itself does enough damage to not be able to get more than a couple of seconds of it's duration off in the best case scenario.
