Song of the Siren can be used to set up a perfect, team wiping Echo Slam or multiple Fissure and Aftershock stuns. Mirror Image Illusions can serve as a natural frontline and provide scouting for Shaker so he can stay back and pick his opportune moment.

Vacuum can pull multiple targets together to set up a perfect, team wiping Echo Slam or multiple Fissure and Aftershock stuns. Wall of Replica and Fissure can cut off multiple escape paths and create a cage like setup that's hard to manouver. Surge greatly helps with mobility and makes Shaker get into position much more easily.

RP is amazing at both setting up a perfect, team wiping Echo Slam and multiple Fissure and Aftershock stuns or as follow up to them. Skewer can reposition targets trough Fissure's wall separating them from their team. Empower provides Shaker with damage but more importantly cleave for a BIG NUMBER 1SHOT 3 HEROES Enchant Totem.

Dream Coil is amazing at both setting up a perfect, team wiping Echo Slam and multiple Fissure and Aftershock stuns or as follow up to them. Jostling Rift allows Puck to pull enemies together with Waning Rift to further reposition multiple enemy heroes and set them up for Shaker's overwhelming AOE damage and control.

Tornado can be used to set up a perfect, team wiping Echo Slam or multiple Fissure and Aftershock stuns. Invoker's potential for dealing immense AOE damage with Chaos Meteor, Sun Strike and Cataclysm (Aghanim's Scepter upgrade) supplements Shaker with enough damage to wipe any crowd controlled targets.

Dark Ascension provides flying movement, making it easy for NS to abuse Fissure's wall for his own gain without suffering any of the drawbacks. Dark Ascension additionally provides unobstructed vision, giving Earthshaker perfect information to get his Echo Slam of.

Divided we Stand clones are considered real heroes doubling the echo damage of Echo Slam. Fissure and Afterschock provide consistent AOE crowd control for all Meepos and Fissure can be used to block off escape paths for any fleeing ones.

Broodmother's optimal playstyle is to run around with as many summons from Spawn Spiderlings as possible in order to maximize her damage and farm rate. Out of all heroes in DOTA, she is by far the one that can have the most amount of summons active, regularly building up over 20 or even 30 spiderlings at a time, meaning - Echo Slam Big Boom-Boom, Rampage damage.

Despite Dark Pact being able to dispell both Aftershock and Fissure's stuns the sheer amount of constant AOE control that Earthshaker provides simply overwhelms Slark as they are able to affect him during Shadow Dance and Depth Shroud.

Phantom Lancer's optimal playstyle is to run around with as many Illusions as possible in order to maximize his damage and farm rate, setting up an Echo Slam that could wipe him and his entire team. Fissure and Aftershock provide consistent AOE control and damage to help deal with any Illusions along with interrupting Phantom Rush.

Mirror Image provides extra targets for Echo Slam to build up echo damage, while Fissure and Aftershock provide consistent AOE control and damage to help deal with any Illusions and mitigate Naga's constant split pushing. Fissure in particular is effective at blocking off lanes and paths making it difficult for Mirror Image Illusions to function.

Reincarnation serves as a natural deterent for Earthshaker to all in Wraith King with an Echo Slam as he would shortly come back to life, while Shaker would be left with not much in the tank. WK can select Spectral Blade as a facet instead of Bone Guard in order to reduce the number of Echo Slam targets.

Disperion + BM is a huge deterent for Earthshaker to drop Echo Slam whenever he wants, as often times it would mean his own death. Spectral Dagger can be used to move through Fissure's wall to prevent being blocked. Spectre's ability to instantly get on top of Earthshaker with Shadow Step or Haunt ruins his initiation and doesn't allow him to comfortably wait for his opportune moment.

Dark Ascension providing unobstructed vision and flight, while reducing Earthshaker's and his team's vision allows NS to spot Shaker and stick on him relentlessly with Crippling Fear, not allowing him to get of a clean initiation or any spells for that matter. Despite Fissure being able to stun NS he can still fly over it.

Blubber allows Tidehunter to instantly dispel Aftershock's stun with Echo Slam's damage and to instantly counter initiate with Ravage. Dead in the Water (Aghanim's Shard upgrade) prevents Earthshaker from jumping with Enchant Totem when upgraded by Aghanim's Scepter.

Battery Assault can stun Shaker so often that he would be unable to use Fissure due to it's long cast points. Rocket Flare can scout Shaker out and disrupt his Blink initiation, while Hookshot can be used to stick on him and further disrupt him with Power Cogs. Jetpack (Aghanim's Shard Upgrade) allows him to fly over Fissure.
