Pit of Malice is amazing at setting up Split Earth due to it's AOE property, allowing a second root to occur after the stun. This gives Leshrac ample time to get on top of any caught targets and deal his overwhelming damage.

Io provides Leshrac with consistent Mana and HP regen amplifying his flash farm capabilities greatly and reducing his downtime to pretty much zero. Overcharge can be used both offensively and defensively and Relocate gives Lesh global map presence, which he lacks allowing him to focus on his farming.

Oracle gives Lesh more of everything he wants. Fortune's End can both dispel Lesh and be used as a setup for Split Earth. Fate's Edict can both give him 100% magic resist or Disarm an enemy. False Promise is a realible save for Lesh allowing him to keep doing damage and an amazing steroid with Aghanim's Scepter.

Abaddon provides Lesh with a low cooldown strong dispel to make kiting him with stuns and slows significantly harder. The all damage Barrier from Aphotic Shield covers one of Leshrac's greatest weaknesses - taking damage, while not being able to heal due to healing reduction effects.

Disruption is amazing for both setting up Split Earth and providing Lesh with a save. SD's Demonic Cleanse provides Lesh with a constant basic dispel, which makes it impossible for him to be kited by slows. Lesh is one of the best targets of Disseminate as he naturally tanks a lot of damage.

Omniknight provides Lesh with bordeline immunity from both Magic and Physical Damage as well as Crowd Control. Repel basically gives him a free BKB and Guardian Angel gives him immunity to Physical Damage . It's often best to kill Omniknight before ever trying to kill Lesh if they're close to each other.

KOTL's Chakra Magic supplies Lesh with significant amounts of Mana and further reduces the Cooldowns of Leshrac's basic abilities, which are one of the best in the game. Both his Facets do wonders for Lesh as they can either amplify his magic damage (Solar Bind) or provide him with global presence (Recall).

A core Boots upgrade to improve your mana sustain. Gets disassembled later on to use the Energy Booster for Bloodstone while the Boots can be upgraded to Boots of Travel.

A core item that lets you avoid most disables on the enemy team to survive and deal damage in teamfights. Improves your right click damage and tankiness through HP pool and magic resistance.

A core item to boost your magic damage output and tankiness. Lets you be more fearless when attempting kills on enemy heroes and taking towers with Diabolic Edict.

A core item that gives you massive spell lifesteal to survive in teamfights while doing massive damage with your spells.

A core item to quickly close the gap on enemy heroes and lock them down with Split Earth. Works well with the survivability from Bloodstone and BKB to get in the middle of teamfights and deal massive AoE damage with your spells.

Leshrac thrives in games where he can get high uptime on his spells onto his enemies to keep healing and do massive amounts of damage. Meepo provides him with up to 4 extra immobile targets to do so, making it difficult for him to output enough damage to get trough Lesh's sustain alone.

Leshrac's abundance of AOE damage can easily clear Naga's Illusions troughout the entirety of the game, which is her core farming and fighting tool. Being an Illusion, melee hero she struggles to stay on Leshrac to damage him as she prefers Heart over Satanic for sustain.

Leshrac's abundance of AOE damage can easily clear Phantom Lancer's Illusions troughout the entirety of the game, which is his core farming and fighting tool. Being an Illusion, melee hero he struggles to stay on Leshrac to damage him as he prefers Heart over Satanic for sustain.

Even though Spectre can reflect a lot of Leshrac's uncontrollable AOE damage back on to him with Blade Mail and Dispersion she still struggles to output enough damage to kill him before she dies herself. Leshrac's strong early game usually results in running down Spectre and shutting her down early.

Leshrac's abundance of AOE damage allows him to damage Slark during his core defensive mechanims - Shadow Dance and Depth Shroud. Slark's low Strength gain makes him an easy target for Lesh in the early and mid game, before Slark farms up some tanky items and often finds himself run down by Lesh.

As an Axe, comboing a Leshrac without significant follow up from his team rarely results in a kill. as Lesh does not build for Attack Speed, which makes Counter Helix procs few and far between. Leshrac's level 20 talent reduces any damage taken by 20%, mitigating even Axe's abundance of Pure damage.

A Disruption save for a teammate of SD can easily turn into set up for an enemy Leshrac as he can preemptively cast Split Earth to time its duration. Leshrac doesn't really have buffs or passives for Demonic Purge to Dispel or Break (including his level 20 damage reduction talent) and Disruption doesn't stop him from doing damage with Diabolic Edict or Pulse Nova.

AA's ult - Ice Blast completely negates Leshrac's sustain in fights, crippling him significantly and forces him to flee the fight altogether or risk getting bursted. He can keep his distance in order to use his spell making it difficult for Leshrac to reach him.

Medusa's unique Mana Shield counts as a damage absorb, which does not proc any Lifesteal or Spelllifesteal effects. Leshrac naturally has a high mana pool trough his base stats and natural itemization, which Medusa can further abuse to sustain herself trough Mystic Snake.

Drow Ranger's Aghanim's Scepter is one of the strongest healing reduction abilities in DOTA and greatly diminishes Leshrac's sustain. She has high attack range to keep her distance and a consistent slow to kite Leshrac, making it difficult for him to get on top of her.

Doom's ult - Doom completely negates Leshrac's sustain in fights, crippling him significantly and forces him to flee the fight altogether or risk getting bursted. He's a natural Shiva builder and can Devour a Vhoul Assassin, which makes him greatly effective even outside of Doom.

Lifestealer has multiple ways of mitigating or completely avoiding Leshrac's damage trough his Rage/Unfettered and Infest. His abudance of sustain trough Feast and Open Wounds can easily result in a situation where Leshrac runs out of Mana before LS runs out of HP.

Ember's flexible itemization allows him to go for all 4 healing reduction items (Shiva, Skadi, Vessel, Orb of Corrosion) and a Mageslayer completely crippling Leshrac's sustain and damage output. His mobility is borderline ridiculous and makes it hard for Lesh to stay on top of him.
