Meat Hook can trigger Rupture damage as it drags its target. Dismember can be used to lockdown opponents and set up Blood Rite. Thirst can provide vision of low health targets for Pudge to snipe with Meat Hook, while in return Pudge can pick up and Aghanim's Scepter, allowing him to wear down multiple opponents with Rot and empower Bloodseeker with it.
Doom's Doom is usually dealt with by retreating and hiding somewhere in safety until it expires. Bloodseeker can provide global vision of the Doomed target with Thirst and quickly catch up to it to secure the kill. Both Rupture and Doom do Pure Damage and the combination of the two completely cripples a target, sentencing it to its "doom".
Boulder Smash and Geomagnetic Grip (when upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter) can both trigger Rupture's damage upon the target. Magnetize as well as the rest of ES's AOE spells are great at wearing down multiple targets in order to trigger the effects of Thirst.
Magnus provides Bloodseeker with Empower, which greatly amplifies his farming speed and overall damage output when combined with Bloodrage. This allows Bloodseeker to ramp up at a far greater pace and reach his power spikes more consistently. Rupture can deal damage during Skewer and RP is an amazing set up for Blood Rite.
Bloodrage provides Leshrac with massive amounts of Spell Amplification to empower his entire kit, while having it's HP cost offset by his natural itemization for sustain and tankiness - this in return causes Leshrac to wear down multiple targets due to his AOE capabilities, greatly empowering Bloodseeker with Thirst. Rupture serves as a deterant for targets to move away from Split Earth, which can also be used as set up Blood Rite.
The two pair well in lane as they are melee/ranged and Bloodseeker can serve as a natural frontline for Dark Willow due to his ability to sustain with Sanguivore. Bramble Maze and Curse Crown can set up Blood Rite, while Terrorize can Fear any Ruptured targets causing them to suffer it's damage.
Bloodrage provides Zeus with massive amounts of Spell Amplification to empower his entire kit - this in return causes Zeus to wear down multiple targets due to his AOE capabilities, greatly empowering Bloodseeker with Thirst. A single Thundergod's Wrath + Bloodrage is enough for Bloodseeker to start zooming and chasing down any low HP targets.

2 BKBs, 2 Gleipnirs, 2 Blood Rites, 4 Ruptures can make or break a fight. Make sure you calculate the amount of mana you need to use all your spells and items twice before picking it up as Bloodseeker has relatively low intelligence gain.

Rupture damages Mirana during Leap and is a big deterent for her to spam it as she has one of the lowest strength gains in the game and Pure Damage is primarily countered by flat HP and HP regeneration. Thirst allows BS to reveal any opponents under the effects of Moonlight Shadow that have been damaged sufficiently.
Rupture limits NS's mobility from Hunter in the Night as he is forced to pay in blood to make use of his enhanced movement speed as well as flying over terrain during Dark Ascension. Thirst and Blood Rite can provide vision on NS as he tries to juke and hide over trees and cliffs in order to disengeage a fight when he gets low on health.
Rupture damages Slark during Pounce and makes it more difficult for him to play in and out of fights as eventually Thirst will reveal him and prevent him from healing with Barracuda. Blood Rite and Blood Mist (Aghanim's Scepter upg) can damage Slark during Shadow Dance and Depth Shroud due to it's AOE property.
Rupture makes it more difficult to get value out of Surge as the hasted movement speed now comes with a damage cost. Sanguiovore helps sustain Bloodseeker in lane against Ion Shell harass. Bloodseeker's Illusions do not inhherit Thirst, making him a weak Illusion hero that does not spawn a LVL 30 META TB with Wall of Replica or Normal Punch.
Rupture can be used during Rolling Thunder and it forces Pango to either cancel it or take massive damage as he rolls, while Thirst's movement speed bonus makes it easier for BS to avoid Pango during Rolling Thunder as well as his other spells. Rupture also deals damage when Pango uses Swashbuckle or Shield Crash essentially slapping a heavy HP cost to most of his abilities.
Rupture damages Riki whenever he uses Blink Strike and Thirst can reveal his Cloak and Dagger invisibility if he gets too low, which are most of Riki's main mechanical tools. Blood Rite can be used on top of Tricks of the Trade to force Riki to immedietely Blink or move in order to avoid it.
Huskar naturally plays with low HP in order to empower himself with Berserker's Blood, which in return consistently empowers Bloodseeker with Thirst, while at the same time providing vision of Huskar and discouraging him from solo sneaking Roshan and flash farming the jungle in the early-mid game. Additionally, Rupture deals damage during Life Break.

Mana Shield provides the perfect defense for Medusa against Thirst as you generally have to go through her entire Mana Pool before being able to reduce her HP significantly. She can use Stone Gaze to stand her ground in order to deal with Rupture and Blood Mist is horrible against Mana Shield as it does not trigger any Lifesteal and her low HP pool counteracts the max HP percentage damage. Cold Blooded (Aghanim's Shard) procs from Rupture providing her an extra layer of protection.
Ball of Lightning provides invulnerability allowing Storm to stay mobile, while affected by Rupture as it does not damage him during it. This also allows Storm to dodge Blood Rite or just move out of it entirely and keep his distance from Bloodseeker.
Healing Ward provides massive AOE healing, which makes it significantly more difficult for Thirst to empower Bloodseeker. Blade Fury can be used to soak Blood Rite, while Omnislash and Swiftslash (Aghanim's Scepter upgrade) provide invulnerability allowing Jugg to use them during Rupture without getting damaged and pack enough burst damage to outright kill Bloodseeker.
Fortune's End can dispel Blood Rite's silence, while Purifying Flames and Rain of Destiny (Aghanim's Shard ugprade) can provide significant sustain to mitigate Thirst's effects. False Promise also dispels Blood Rite but more importantly provides a save for any Ruptured targets allowing them to further engage or disengage.
Fire Remnant and Sleight of Fist provide invulnerability allowing Ember to stay mobile and do damage, while affected by Rupture. - these also allow Ember to dodge Blood Rite or just move out of it entirely. Flameguard can soak a significant portion of Bloodseeker's Magic Damage output and Searing Chains provides a low cooldown root to better control him.

Everything about this item counters Bloodseeker. Reduces his healing, makes him attack slower, slows him with the active so he can be kited or chased down and amplifies any ability damage so he can be bursted down.
