Stampede provides Juggernaut with much needed mobility in order to make sure he gets on top of any high priority targets to attack them or more importantly to connect his cruicial, but low cast range Omnislash. Healing Ward is amazing for Centaur due to Rawhide and his high base strength gain.

In a man fight Alch simply loses to Jugg. Omnislash can provides a reliable burst to outright kill Alch even during Chemical Rage. He can use Blade Flurry to soak Alch's Unstable Concoction and Healing Ward to sustain his team and extend the fight past Chemical Rage's duration.
Blade Fury can dispel both Pit of Malice and Firestorm. Healing Ward provides Jugg and his team with AOE healing to counteract Underlords AOE damage. Omnislash and Swiftslash (Jugg's Aghanim's Scepter) can be used during Pit of Malice's root and dispel him, while not being affected by Atrophy Aura for their duration.
Healing Ward provides massive AOE healing, which makes it significantly more difficult for Thirst to empower Bloodseeker. Blade Fury can be used to soak Blood Rite, while Omnislash and Swiftslash (Aghanim's Scepter upgrade) provide invulnerability allowing Jugg to use them during Rupture without getting damaged and pack enough burst damage to outright kill Bloodseeker.
Juggernaut is one of the strongest early game carries that doesn't mind grouping up to take objectives early and that's Spectre's weakest point of the game. She simply lacks the tools to deal with early aggression. His Healing Ward provides massive AOE sustain, Omnislash can outright kill Spectre, Blade Fury dispels Spectral Dagger and later in the game Blade Dance starts healing him.
Blade Fury can be used to greatly mitigate the damage and Crowd Control of Hoof Stomp and Double Edge. Omnislash and Swiftslash (Aghanim's Scepter upgrade) allows Juggernaut to stay on top of any retreating with Stampede targets. His abudance of sustain trough Healing Ward and his Blade Dance Lifesteal talent can easily result in a situation where Juggernaut completely outheals Centaur's Retaliate and total damage output.
