Demonic Purge is amazing for Razor to stick to his target of choice as it pierces Debuff Immunity.

Shadow Shaman provides hard lockdown with Shackles and Hex. These disables allow Razor to fully drain damage with Static Link. Mass Serpent Ward and Eye of the Storm combo for tower destruction. Together, they create high objective pressure and pick-off potential.

Static Link keeps draining damage even if Razor is disarmed by Fate's Edict and the stolen damage cannot be dispelled with Fortune's End. All of Oracle's basic abilities trigger Storm Surge if they target Razor. Eye of the Storm's damage is physical and cannot be mitigated by Fate's Edict, while it's armor reducing debuff cannot be dispelled by Fortune's End.

Razor completely counters Troll Warlord's attack damage using Static Link. During duels, Razor steadily drains damage, nullifying Battle Trance effectiveness. Troll Warlord is kiteable and does not enjoy being slowed or repositioned. Razor can win both lane and late-game duels.

Tidehunter’s tankiness is negated by Razor’s consistent damage drain. Static Link ignores Kraken Shell and prevents him from doing much in fights. Razor avoids Ravage with movement speed boosts and smart positioning. Razor’s presence limits Tidehunter’s initiation power.

Razor ignores Visage’s Gravekeeper’s Cloak with constant right-clicks from Static Link. He also clears Familiars with Eye of the Storm rapidly. Razor is faster and more aggressive in fights, preventing Visage from kiting. Visage struggles in both lane and scaling matchup.

Razor drains damage from Spirit Bear, reducing its impact completely. Lone Druid cannot reposition fast enough to avoid Static Link. Razor punishes low mobility and wins teamfights through persistent chasing. Eye of the Storm helps take down both the hero and the bear.

Lifestealer’s rage duration is short, after which Razor re-engages freely. Static Link drains Lifestealer’s only damage source: physical attacks. Razor can kite and outlast Lifestealer’s all-in attempts. Razor scales better in teamfights and pushes faster.

Razor’s mobility prevents Dazzle from saving allies easily. Eye of the Storm punishes Dazzle’s positioning and fragile backline presence. Static Link makes the core target easier to finish even if Shallow Graved. Dazzle becomes an ineffective deterrent to Razor’s dive.

Oracle cannot stop Razor’s continuous damage even with False Promise. Razor punishes Oracle’s immobility and slow repositioning. Plasma Field hits Oracle regardless of invisibility or disengage attempts. Razor’s chase is relentless, outlasting even strong saves

Razor outdamages Night Stalker early before his peak fighting hours. During nighttime, Static Link limits Night Stalker’s impact in teamfights. Night Stalker’s silence cannot stop Razor’s movement or link channeling. Razor avoids being overwhelmed by sustained vision and positioning.

Razor does not offer many impactful spells for Rubick to steal. Even if Rubick steals Plasma Field, it does not scale well for him. Rubick’s low mobility makes him easy to run down with Eye of the Storm. Razor pressures Rubick in lane and during teamfights.

Razor drains Ursa’s damage before he gets a chance to stack Fury Swipes. Ursa relies heavily on physical attacks, which Razor counters. Razor can avoid prolonged fights with his speed and stay out of Enrage. Razor performs better in sustained engagements and lane pressure.

Primal Beast closes gaps quickly, making Razor’s kiting ineffective. Onslaught and Trample punish Razor’s lack of lockdown or escape. Razor gets interrupted before Static Link becomes impactful. Primal Beast snowballs easily through Razor’s weak early damage.

Queen of Pain out-ranges and out-pokes Razor in lane. Her Blink allows easy escapes from Static Link attempts. She builds magical burst damage that Razor cannot reduce. Razor is forced to waste Plasma Field just to stay relevant in fights.

Bloodseeker thrives on fast movement and punishes Razor’s chase attempts with Rupture. Razor cannot run without taking massive damage. Blood Rite zones Razor from using Static Link safely. Razor gets outpaced in tempo and punished in overextensions.

Enigma can farm freely against Razor and Black Hole stops all his mobility. Razor has no disables to stop Enigma from channeling. Eye of the Storm cannot break through Black Hole without external help. Enigma’s teamfight presence overshadows Razor in big engagements.

Arc Warden’s magnetic field nullifies Razor’s physical attacks. Tempest Double can bait out Static Link and abilities. Razor cannot lock down Arc Warden long enough to prevent split-push. Arc Warden wins through patience, poke, and map pressure.

Morphling can disengage and reposition faster than Razor can catch. Static Link gets dodged through Waveform or Attribute Shift. Morphling deals mixed damage and scales harder into late game. Razor’s lack of burst makes Morphling difficult to punish.

Anti-Mage avoids Static Link completely with Blink. Mana Break prevents Razor from casting spells consistently. Razor cannot chase Anti-Mage effectively and loses in split-push scenarios. In the late game, Anti-Mage scales far beyond Razor’s power peak.

Chen can heal allies through Razor’s damage over time. Summoned creeps tank Eye of the Storm and block Plasma Field. Razor’s single-target nature cannot overcome Chen’s team-based sustain. Chen thrives in fights Razor tries to isolate.

Weaver kites Razor easily and avoids Static Link with Shukuchi. Razor cannot chase or lockdown Weaver reliably. Time Lapse removes Razor’s chip damage and resets engagements. Razor gets outmaneuvered and outscaled over time.

Techies sets mines that punish Razor’s linear chasing. Razor often overextends and walks into Proximity Mines. Static Link does not stop Techies’ area control and zoning. Razor is vulnerable during fights and cannot burst Techies.
